In addition to their social mission, they believe it is important to develop products that positively affect your well-being; products that are caring, look beautiful, smell great and just make you feel good. They develop their products with attention to detail and they use lots of natural ingredients in their care products. Timelessness and sustainability are important values within the organization and have led them to focus on refill solutions within their product portfolio.
Whoever you are, wherever you are, water is life. Access to a clean source is the basis of health and security. This is not yet a reality for everyone however. Everyday, people all over the world, mostly children, experience the harmful and often fatal consequences of not having enough.
When in 2010 the United Nations declared access to clean drinking water and sanitation to be a human right, founder Patrick Munsters got inspired. Together with his business partner Carel Neuberg they started with Marie-Stella-Maris as a means to inspire people to consume more (socially) consciously and as a way to jointly contribute to improving access to clean drinking water worldwide.
