Why use The Roller?
The lymphatic system, located just under the skin, is a complex network of lymph vessels, lymph nodes and lymph. It acts as your body's drainage system, carrying a watery fluid called "lymph" throughout the body. This lymph contains white blood cells that are key to fighting infection and helping the body eliminate toxins and other waste products.
If the lymphatic system is not functioning properly, it can lead to skin blemishes, loss of elasticity and premature aging of the skin. Unlike your cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system does not have a "pump" (the heart), so it must be stimulated manually and regularly.
