Description
Dry brushing promotes the circulation of energy, detoxifies, reduces cellulite and tones the skin. Our Energizing Brush is composed of copper fibers whose molecular structure naturally contributes to the creation of anions, ions that accelerate the transport of oxygen to cells and tissues and thus fight oxidative stress.
Benefits: Boost blood circulation, detoxify the body by draining the lymph, exfoliate the skin... Dry brushing also has the (good) reputation of fighting cellulite and toning the skin. The first few times, it is recommended to proceed lightly to let the skin get used to it. Always brush from the bottom up, before showering.
Application: On dry skin, always start with the thighs (from the knee to the groin) then the half-legs (from the ankles to the knee) then the whole legs (from the foot to the groin). Then move to the arms (from the hand to the armpit) and finish with the belly in clockwise circles. Don't forget to finish our movements towards the lymphatic cisterns (hollow of the elbow, the knee and the armpit) and towards the heart.
