This praline has nothing to do with what we know.
Nothing sticky or syrupy, but a subtle blend of taste notes such as a raspberry accord and a barely caramelised balmy touch of benzoin, all of which sweetens a sambac jasmine from China, as delicate as a petal.
To spice up this delicacy, to give it that racy chic that is the hallmark of a great perfume, there is a very pure incense and papyrus wood with smoky nuances.
It's not a confectioner's praline, it's a perfumer's praline!
